Okay, I must have been having a little bit of a bad week--if you want to know the background, give me a call, it's a doozey!
Anyway, I hated the thought of my blog being private, I really don't have anything to hide, if anything I am really boring and run-of-the-mill. You may notice a bit more annoyance if you want to leave a comment, so forgive me on that note, but I love you all and love that you cared enough to give me your email so as to be invited to view my "Spilling the Beans", so-to-speak. ;)
And just to keep it light, here is some viewage that may make you giggle:
For Valentines Day, some lucky ladies get a dozen roses, chocolates, sexy nighties ;)...well, my gift fits nicely in my driveway. We got a minivan...the iconic object we swore we would never own--the memories of minivans from our youth plagued the senses. But when it came down to it, the functionality and room afforded by a minivan could not compete.
Now to talk Scott into a minivan could only be accomplished when the thing graced a VW symbol on it's nose and rear.
The "pre-loved" Von is awesome and the boys were more than excited, we just hope the excitement is still present when they get to drive it in high school. It does have two flip-down T.V.'s, we can download music and pictures, the back-up camera is cool and the push-of-a-button automatic sliding doors and tailgate are fabulous.
Now we just need two more kids to fill it up, we'll see on that one, I have an MRI next month, keep your fingers crossed that things are good!
Absolutely loving the 50+ degree weather. After picking up Cam from preschool I decided to stop ignoring the dog--after feeding him his 'brunch' I got him ready to go for our walk around the DATC to 'do his business'...Cam wanted to ride his bike with us. We got going, Max pooped (yeah! ;) ), Cam needed little reminders to stop at the drive approaches to the parking lots, but was doing great, he got ahead of me going down the hill and when Max and I caught up to him, he had ditched his bike and went around the back of the DATC marquee and "hid"--the boys would do this last year, when there were leaves on the trees and bushes. I was preparing my speech that his spot needed some work...when I found Cam with his pants around his ankles...peeing! Nice Cam, when I asked him what he was doing, he replied that he had to go. I countered that we were a few blocks from home. He told me he couldn't wait...ahhh, to be a boy, a little boy. ;)
