Merry Christmas...

We had a fun, yet not "usual" Christmas, we didn't get coal or anything, in fact we were spoiled rotten since we spent the holiday at my mom's house...she goes all out and was very excited to have the little kids at her house again. I had to do my requisite Christmas shifts at the hospital and didn't want to travel dead tired on Christmas morning only to get very little sleep and drive back for Christmas Day night. So there we were.

Jorden had a 'Transformers' themed Christmas and Cam's was 'Cars'. Scott got Home Depot gift cards along with some random things (perhaps already forgotten) and I was blessed with a lovely can rack that the boys have more fun playing with than I do. :)

All in all it was a crazy week, spent traveling and being thrown off schedule but we were surrounded by family and good times. I have already eaten my weight in chocolate and am craving more so I better go find some chocolate....until next holiday

SNow FuN

This was a fun snow day, thinking of winters past, I only got in about one or possibly two snow picture oppportunities so I was out with zest trying to "create" memories. Alas it is a month later and there is still plenty of snow for the boys to play in. But they had fun building a snowman and having a snowball fight. I of course was of limits.
